A Warm and Hospitable Stay
We recently stayed at a budget hotel in Guwahati and had a wonderful experience. The staff at reception, especially Dimpy, Nabajit, Nitul, Bidinthi, Partha. The housekeeping team, including Niajul, Utpal, Gita, Sima & Banita, ensured that our rooms were spotless. The restaurant team, led by Rajib, Ashraf, Shraddha, Imran, Dulu. every staff member was an asset to the hotel. Despite being a budget accommodation, the amenities and cleanliness were exceptional. We can confidently say that it's the best hotel we've stayed in and definitely recommend it to others.

The reception team, including Dimpy and Nabajit, were always available and made my check-in and check-out a breeze, even during late hours. The housekeeping team, led by Niajul, kept the rooms spotlessly clean, and the restaurant staff, like Imran and Rajib, provided excellent service and served delicious meals with a smile. The hotel I stayed in had a nice location, not too far from the city center and easily accessible by car. The room was well-maintained and had good air conditioning. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and provided good service during my stay.
My overall experience at the hotel was not very positive. The room was small and lacked basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush.
